How You’ll Make an Impact

As our HR Systems Coordinator, you’ll be part of the HR Team and play an important role in making sure our HR technology works effectively for colleagues and managers across Tigers.

 

You will:

  • Keep our HR systems accurate, reliable and well administered so colleagues and managers can access the information and support they need. 
  • Administer our HRIS, Applicant Tracking System, e-learning platform, SharePoint and HR workflow tools, including user access, records, routine audits and system maintenance. 
  • Provide first-line systems support, practical guidance and training that helps colleagues and managers use HR technology confidently and consistently. 
  • Maintain accurate and secure colleague and candidate information, supporting strong data quality and GDPR compliance. 
  • Produce regular and ad hoc HR reports and support the preparation of HR metrics and management information. 
  • Develop and maintain user guides, training materials and standard operating procedures, and deliver systems training and refresher sessions. 
  • Troubleshoot routine system issues and work with IT and external system providers where additional support is required. 
  • Support system testing, updates, new functionality and enhancements. 
  • Use reporting, data audits, user feedback and testing to identify opportunities to improve HR systems and streamline HR processes.

 

 

What You’ll Need to Succeed

 

Must-Haves

  • At least 2 years’ experience in HR administration, HR coordination or systems administration.
  • Experience using HR systems, databases or other business systems as part of your day-to-day role.
  • Experience maintaining accurate records and handling confidential information.
  • Experience producing reports using Microsoft Excel or similar reporting tools.
  • Experience providing administrative or systems support to colleagues or managers.
  • Strong Microsoft 365 skills, particularly Excel.
  • Experience using SharePoint or a similar document management system.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy.
  • Strong organisational, time management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A good understanding of GDPR and the importance of data confidentiality.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
  • A genuine interest in HR systems and technology, with a proactive approach to learning.
  • The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a team.
  • Fluent English, both spoken and written.

 

Nice-to-Haves

  • A third-level qualification in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems or a related discipline.
  • Experience administering an HRIS, Applicant Tracking System or Learning Management System.
  • Experience supporting HR system upgrades, implementations or new functionality.
  • Experience working within childcare, education or healthcare.
  • Experience using Microsoft Power Platform applications, particularly Power Automate or Power BI.
  • An understanding of HR processes across the colleague lifecycle.
  • Experience creating user guides, SOPs or other system documentation.
  • Confidence learning new technologies and helping colleagues use them effectively.
