Use of AI-Assisted Recruitment Technology
We use technology to help us manage and assess applications. Our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), provided by Tribepad, includes AI-assisted features known as Sidekick AI, which support our recruitment team throughout the recruitment process.
Depending on the role and stage of the recruitment process, Sidekick AI may assist by:
- Extracting and organising information from CVs and application forms;
- Producing summaries of candidate applications;
- Identifying how a candidate's skills, qualifications and experience relate to the requirements of a role;
- Assisting recruiters in reviewing and managing applications more efficiently.
These AI-assisted features are designed to support our recruitment team and do not replace human decision-making.
No decision regarding your application is made solely by automated means. Any information, recommendations or summaries generated by Sidekick AI are reviewed by an appropriately authorised member of the Tigers Childcare recruitment team, who remains responsible for all recruitment decisions.
We take reasonable steps to monitor the use of AI-assisted tools and to minimise the risk of bias or unintended discrimination. Personal data processed through these tools is handled in accordance with our Privacy Notice and applicable data protection legislation.
You have the right to request further information about how these tools are used, object to the processing of your personal data where applicable, or request human intervention in relation to decisions affecting your application.
