How You’ll Make an Impact

Depending on your experience and role, you may:

• Deliver high-quality early years care and education, supporting children’s holistic development.
• Lead your room and team, where appropriate, ensuring a positive and nurturing learning environment.
• Plan and deliver learning experiences aligned with Aistear and Síolta, maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
• Support children’s development, wellbeing and individual needs.
• Provide leadership, guidance and mentorship to colleagues.
• Contribute to a culture of professionalism, inclusion, safety and care within your room and across the centre.
• For Special Education Teacher (ASD) opportunities, support children with additional needs and contribute to inclusive educational environments.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

Must-Haves

• QQI Level 5 qualification in Early Childhood Care and Education or equivalent qualification recognised by DCEDIY
• Experience in an early years, childcare, room leadership or relevant educational setting, depending on the role.
• Fluent English
• Passion for working with children, along with reliability, empathy and strong communication skills.
• A willingness to relocate to Ireland.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience applying Aistear and Síolta in practice.
• Experience leading or supporting a team.
• Experience working with children with additional needs or ASD.
• Interest in continued professional growth within a values-driven childcare setting.
