How You’ll Make an Impact

 

As HR Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operation of the HR function and ensuring colleagues receive a professional, responsive, and efficient service throughout their employment journey. 

 

You will:

  • Deliver accurate and timely HR administration across the full colleague lifecycle, from onboarding through to offboarding. 
  • Ensure HR records, systems, and documentation are maintained to the highest standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and GDPR compliance. 
  • Support colleagues and managers by responding to HR queries and providing a positive colleague experience. 
  • Coordinate onboarding activities, probation processes, colleague changes, and employment documentation. 
  • Maintain and support HR systems, learning platforms, and colleague data to ensure reporting and compliance requirements are met. 
  • Assist with payroll administration by processing colleague changes and ensuring accurate communication with payroll. 
  • Support learning and development initiatives by administering training programmes, monitoring compliance, and maintaining training records. 
  • Contribute to HR projects, continuous improvement initiatives, and the delivery of an efficient and professional HR service. 
  • Support recruitment administration, interview coordination, and onboarding activities to help attract and retain great talent.

 

 

What You’ll Need to Succeed

 

Must-Haves

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an HR administration or similar administrative role.
  • Experience managing high-volume administrative workloads in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience maintaining accurate records and handling confidential information.
  • Experience supporting payroll-related administration and colleague data management.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Experience using HR systems and databases.
  • Basic understanding of Irish employment legislation and HR best practice.
  • CIPD qualified or currently working towards a CIPD qualification.
  • Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritise competing demands and meet deadlines.
  • A professional, confidential, and customer-focused approach.

 

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience working within a multi-site organisation.
  • Experience using HRIS and learning management systems.
  • Experience supporting HR reporting and analytics.
  • Recruitment administration and onboarding experience.
  • Experience within childcare, education, healthcare, or another regulated environment.
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
